Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Wash - Foams Well and Cleans Well

We have been using the Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Wash to wash our son since he was about 1 month old. Out of concern about some ingredients not being natural, we tried to switch to Johnson's Natural baby wash and quickly went back to this product, because the natural baby wash didn't foam well and we had to use much more of it per bathing session.

We get this baby wash online, which is more convenient than going to stores and dragging the product back and is also cheaper.

This baby wash is 100% soap free, dye free and pH-balanced. It is not "all-natural", but since we were disappointed with the Johnson's Natural baby wash, we are not looking for an "all-natural" product.

Performance

Having been using the Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Wash for over 4 months, we are quite happy with it. It comes in economical 15-oz bottles, foams well (so only small amount is required per every wash), smells nice and doesn't dry out our son's skin. Mostly; we did have to use Aquaphor on his back a few times.

We use this body wash everywhere except hair (we use baby shampoo instead) and face (water only). On a rare occasion when this product gets on our son's face, he doesn't complain. I think we never got it into his eyes (which is a good thing with any type of product, even the kinds that claim that they cause no eye irritation).

Pros: Foams well, mild on skin, inexpensive
Cons: Not "all-natural", some types of bottles have no pump

Bottom Line

The Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Wash foams well, cleans well and doesn't cost much. It is mild on the skin and the wallet. I recommend it, but if you prefer a "natural" product, look elsewhere.
